How Stone Worktops Milton Keynes uses the details you give us when you ask about worktops. Updated 29 October 2026.
In short
- We ask only for what we need to call you back and price the job.
- Enquiries are shared only with the team who quotes for and does the work.
- Unless you become a customer, your enquiry is deleted a year after it arrives.
- No analytics, advertising cookies or tracking pixels on this site.
The details we receive
From the callback form we get your name, phone number and postcode, the type of job, any stone you picked and whatever you type in the notes, plus the page the form was on and when it was sent. On a call, we write down who you are, the number to ring back and the details of the kitchen. Don't include health details or other sensitive information in your notes.
What we use them for
So we can ring you back, talk about the work, price it and, if you book us, do it. Our lawful bases are legitimate interests (you asked us to contact you) and taking steps you have asked for before entering a contract.
Who can see them
Enquiries are shared only with the team who quotes for and does the work. Four services handle them on the way: Cloudflare, which hosts the website and carries the form; an automation service that receives each request; a cloud spreadsheet that stores it; and an email account that alerts us. If any of them handles data outside the UK, it does so with the safeguards UK GDPR requires for international transfers. We do not sell your details, and we do not send marketing.
How long we keep them
Unless you go ahead with a job, we delete an enquiry one year after we receive it. Customer records stay for as long as the work, and any follow-up visits, require them.
Cookies
No analytics or advertising cookies are set, and the typeface is loaded from this website, not from an outside font service. Cloudflare, which protects the site, may carry out essential security checks. Sites we link to are covered by their own privacy policies.
